- Partner real estate valuation experts, banks, and insurance companies,
- Legal and financial advisors, lawyers, and certified public accountants,
- Authorized administrative and judicial authorities.
3. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection
Your personal data is collected through automated or non-automated methods in physical environments (contracts, property viewing forms, etc.) or electronic environments (website, email, telephone, messaging applications, social media, and real estate portals).
These data are processed based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of Law No. 6698: explicitly provided for by law, directly related to the execution or performance of a contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, establishment or protection of a right, and legitimate interests of the controller.
4. Rights of the Data Subject Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698
In accordance with Article 11 of Law No. 6698, as a data subject you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information if your personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data under Article 7 of Law No. 6698,
- Request notification of corrections or deletions to third parties to whom data was transferred,
- Object to unfavorable results obtained solely through automated analysis,
- Claim compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing.
